Savannah Bananas gear: Where to buy Banana Ball t
“Banana Ball” is on its way to Upstate New York, when the Savannah Bananas bring their wacky baseball tour to Syracuse and Cooperstown in mid-September, and now is a great time to gear up so you can sport your own Savannah Bananas team colors on game day.

The Savannah Bananas — a viral, Harlem Globetrotter-like baseball show — are more popular than ever, after getting prime billing during ESPN’s recent ESPN8: The Ocho event. Ticket prices online for both the 9/14 show in Syracuse and 9/16 show in Cooperstown reflect that popularity, with even the cheapest seats starting well over $100.
For those unfamiliar with the Savanah Bananas, this yellow-clad team doesn’t play your average baseball game. The Banana Ball rules include lots of crowd participation, viral dance breaks and more antics. They aren’t paid actors pretending to be baseball players, either. The roster includes former college and pro standouts and some former Major League Baseball players joining the fun.
You can catch up on the story behind the Savannah Bananas in their own ESPN+ documentary series called “Bananaland.”
